Why does my control panel not display when I am entering my username and password?

Your username and password are case sensitive. Enter them exactly as they appear. If you still cannot access your control panel try clearing your temporary internet files from your computer. To do this go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files, check "delete all offline content", and then click ok. This may take a while, after you finish deleting the temporary internet files, select "clear history" and choose ok. If you still cannot access your control panel, try restarting your computer. If none of this works please contact GetSomeWeb tech support.
